The leadership of the Dynamic Urban Opportunities Foundation is comprised of dedicated women who are members of Delta Upsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, united by a shared commitment to service, scholarship, and community impact. Together, they bring professional expertise, leadership experience, and a deep passion for uplifting women, youth, and communities of color throughout the Puget Sound region.

As officers and trustees of the Foundation, this team serves as thoughtful stewards of DUOF’s mission, guiding the organization with integrity, accountability, and vision. Grounded in a legacy of service that spans more than six decades, DUOF’s leadership works collaboratively to ensure that the Foundation’s programs and partnerships create meaningful, lasting opportunities for the communities we serve.
