For decades, DUOF has partnered with the Douglass-Truth Library to celebrate literacy, community, and cultural preservation. This annual fall event supports access to African American literature and reinforces our commitment to serving communities of color in Seattle’s Central District.

Supporting Black Women Entrepreneurs
Launched in 2025, the Elevate Her Expo creates space for Black women entrepreneurs to showcase their businesses, connect with resources, and build community. The Expo reflects DUOF’s continued investment in economic empowerment and leadership development.
